**Job Title**: Travel Desk Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: 1 year

We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to manage and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and cost-effective travel experiences for employees and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle flight, train, bus, and hotel bookings as per company policies.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, vendors, and employees for seamless travel planning.
- Process travel reimbursements and maintain expense records.
- Ensure timely ticketing, cancellations, and modifications.
- Assist employees with visa processing and documentation if required.
- Maintain accurate travel logs and reports.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
- Knowledge of booking portals, travel policies, and reimbursement procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software (if applicable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
