We are looking for Academic Counselor with 2 years of experience in an Educational Institute. Who is well-versed in communication skills and has basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.

WORK FROM OFFICE
Monday to Friday - 10 am to 7 pm

Thursday - Weekoffs

Saturday & Sunday - 10 am to 3.30 pm
- Attend Walk-in Students and Explain About Various Courses
- Follow-up for conversion of inquiries into admission
- Set sales targets and define a strategy to achieve these targets and follow the set strategy punctually
- Exceed revenue targets by bringing in business that is in line with the company's goals
- Assist in planning and implementing special events and activities.
- Supervises the activities of subordinates.
- Oversee daily centre operations and coordinate centre activities through assigned staff; prioritises and delegate work activities.
- Evaluate centre activities for effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyse the result and recommend and/or take appropriate action.
- Maintains direct contact with personnel of various outside organisations and university departments associated with centre projects.

**Requirements**:

- Should have good sales skills with experience in Counselling and Centre Management (Pref: - Somebody who has worked with education institute etc). Focused and possess a sales mindset.
- Demonstrates high ethical values.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven.
- Proficient Written and Oral communication Skills
- Graduate in any stream

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
