**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- **
- Provide academic and career counseling to students, assisting them in selecting courses, majors, and extracurricular activities.
- Offer personal support and counseling to students facing personal, social, or emotional challenges that may impact their academic performance.
- Refer students to resources such as tutoring services, academic workshops, and mental health support as needed.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing student success.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, academic plans, and progress towards graduation requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in counseling, higher education, and student support services.

Desired Skills;
- Have good communication skills in English and any local language with professional presentation.
- Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Keen interest in education
- Target driven with a problem-solving approach
- Interested in mentoring students

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
