you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisitionand business growth through data-driven advertising strategies. You will be responsible for planning,executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve measurable results.Your expertise in analytics and creative collaboration will ensure campaigns are aligned withorganizational goals and deliver maximum ROI..RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads,Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.Manage and allocate campaign budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.Monitor and analyze performance metrics.Identify high-performing strategies for ad creatives, copy, and targeting through detailedperformance evaluation.Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging and impactful ad creativestailored to target audiences.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance andalign with business objectives.Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, andoptimization strategies.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensurecampaigns remain innovative and effective.Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and refine audience targeting.Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platformsQUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in Facebook Ads and GoogleAds.Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ad performance dashboards.Strong collaboration skills for working with creative and content teams.Attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesPERFORMANCE METRICS:

- Develop cost-effective lead generation strategies.Align campaigns with project goals and timelines.Identify and implement optimization opportunities.Ensure 100% adherence to campaign budgets.
