About Company At Hancod we re transforming the way businesses operate through powerful user-focused technology solutions Our products range from ERP software and POS systems to productivity apps along with robust digital marketing branding and custom software development services We are a passionate fast-growing tech company focused on innovation impact and excellence Responsibilities Plan execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engines social media email and mobile platforms Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends insights and opportunities for optimization and growth Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for better return on investment using A B testing conversion rate optimization and other analytical methods Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximize campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO strategies that increase visibility and drive traffic to our website Work closely with the product design and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and customer insights Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field Proven track record of success in performance marketing particularly in a technology or software company Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms e g Google Analytics AdWords Facebook Ads Manager Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies Proficiency in SEO content marketing email marketing and social media Certifications Certifications in Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Blueprint or similar are highly desirable As part of the Hancod team you ll be contributing to an environment that prioritizes innovation quality and collaborative success If you re driven by performance metrics and have a passion for leveraging digital marketing to drive business growth we d love to welcome you aboard Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
