We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to lead our **corporate engagement and placement initiatives**. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with organizations, identifying **recruitment and internship opportunities**, and driving successful **campus hiring outcomes**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and nurture **strategic partnerships** with employers, recruiters, and industry associations to create **placement pipelines** and hiring opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align **talent supply** with current **industry hiring needs** and workforce trends.
- Organize and manage **placement drives**, **corporate networking events**, and **employer engagement sessions** to enhance institutional visibility.
- Track and report key metrics including **employer participation**, **placement conversion rates**, and **partnership growth** to senior leadership.
- Stay current on **market trends**, and **industry demands** to strengthen placement outcomes and employer satisfaction.

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
- Strong **corporate networking**, **business development**, and **relationship management** skills.
- Prior experience in **corporate relations**, **campus recruitment**, **placement coordination**, or **industry partnership management**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
