**Job Title: Lithium Ion Battery Technician**

**Location**: Howrah, Kona

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Battery Assembly & Testing**:

- Assemble lithium-ion battery packs, ensuring all components are correctly integrated.
- Conduct thorough testing of individual cells and full battery packs to ensure performance and safety standards are met.
- **Battery Maintenance & Repair**:

- Perform routine maintenance on battery packs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to battery performance, charging, and power output.
- **Safety & Quality Control**:

- Follow strict safety protocols to handle and test batteries, including dealing with potential hazards such as fire, leakage, or thermal runaway.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet industry standards and company specifications.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in battery assembly, maintenance, or repair, preferably with lithium-ion batteries.
- Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and charging/discharge circuits.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and testing equipment.
- Ability to work with precision, detail, and focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
