**Job Title: Electric Vehicle (EV) Technician**

**Reports To**: Lead Engineer / Technical Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
As an Electric Vehicle (EV) Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and optimization of cutting-edge electric vehicles. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that our EVs meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. Your role will involve diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and mechanical systems, as well as contributing to the development of new EV technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Diagnostics and Repair**:

- Perform diagnostics and repair on electric vehicle systems, including battery packs, electric drivetrains, charging systems, and advanced electronic control systems.
- Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues.
- **System Maintenance and Optimization**:

- Conduct regular maintenance on EV systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Monitor and adjust system parameters to improve vehicle efficiency and driving experience.
- **Development and Testing**:

- Collaborate with engineering teams to test new EV technologies and components.
- Assist in the development of new features and enhancements for electric vehicles.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on vehicle performance and issues encountered.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in electric vehicles.
- **Customer Interaction (if applicable)**:

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding EV maintenance and repairs.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in Automotive Technology or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience working with electric vehicles or in a related automotive field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems, including batteries, electric motors, and power electronics.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software specific to electric vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with engineers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- **Certifications**: ASE certification in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Technology or equivalent preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry equipment and parts up to [specific weight].
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including workshops and test facilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,830.73 - ₹23,209.22 per month
