**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnosis and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform diagnostics on electric vehicles to identify issues with electric drive systems, batteries, chargers, and related electrical components.
- Use diagnostic tools, software, and manuals to accurately assess vehicle condition and identify faults.
- **Routine Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Conduct regular service and maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, brake checks, fluid levels, and other mechanical and electrical inspections.
- Perform repairs and replacements on electric vehicle systems, including battery packs, power electronics, electric motors, regenerative braking systems, and more.
- **Battery Management**:

- Inspect, test, and replace EV batteries when necessary. Understand battery health and perform appropriate checks on capacity, state of charge, and thermal performance.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of used or faulty batteries, adhering to safety and environmental standards.
- **System Updates and Calibration**:

- Perform software updates and recalibrate vehicle systems as needed to ensure optimal performance and to address any manufacturer-recommended updates.
- Work with service manuals and diagnostic software to reset, recalibrate, and program EV components (e.g., motor controllers, battery management systems).
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide customers with technical explanations regarding the condition of their vehicles and the repairs/maintenance required.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure satisfaction through clear communication and timely service.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, particularly when working with high-voltage components of electric vehicles.
- Ensure that work is compliant with local regulations, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards.
- **Technical Support and Reporting**:

- Provide technical advice and support to the service team, sharing expertise on EV-related technologies and systems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service work, parts used, and diagnostic results in the company’s service management system.
- **Continuous Learning & Training**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the electric vehicle sector.
- Participate in training programs provided by the company or manufacturers to enhance technical skills related to EV service and repair.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical degree or certification in automotive technology, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred. Specialized training in electric vehicles or hybrid systems is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance or automotive repair, with at least 1 year working on electric or hybrid vehicles.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle systems, high-voltage safety protocols, and associated tools.
- **Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technologies, including battery systems, electric motors, charging infrastructure, and power electronics.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and service tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with automotive software, vehicle-specific diagnostic tools, and repair manuals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
