**Position**:
**Field Service Technician / Engineer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain and repair appliances such as RO Water Purifiers, Electric Chimneys, Fans, Mixer Grinders, Induction Cookers, etc.
- Attend customer service calls as per schedule.
- Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs.
- Provide preventive maintenance and after-sales support.
- Maintain service records and report daily work logs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of field experience in appliance servicing preferred.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or equivalent.
- Must have knowledge of home appliances installation and repair.
- Should own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of tools, wiring, and circuit systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible in handling service jobs.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience in servicing RO systems and electric chimneys.
- Understanding of PCB boards, motors, thermostats, and general appliance circuitry.
