**Scooty Technician - EV Manufacturing**

We are seeking a skilled and **detail-oriented Scooty Technician**to join our **Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturing team**. The technician will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric scooters, ensuring that all units meet company quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assemble electric scooters according to manufacturing specifications.

Inspect, diagnose, and repair electric scooters (battery, motor, controller, wiring, brakes, suspension, etc.).

Perform routine maintenance and quality checks.

Conduct testing on completed scooters to ensure functionality.

Work with engineering teams to suggest design improvements based on field issues.

Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace cleanliness.

Document repair and maintenance work accurately.

Follow safety protocols and company guidelines strictly.

**Education Required**:
**Minimum**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in Motor Mechanic, Electrical, Fitter, or related fields.

**Preferred**: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.

**Experience Required**:
1 to 3 years of experience in two-wheeler (scooty/bike) assembly, maintenance, or EV manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with electric scooters, batteries, motors, and controllers is highly preferred.

Freshers with ITI/Diploma and good practical skills may also be considered for entry-level roles.

**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical and electrical systems.

Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

Basic knowledge of EV components like Lithium-ion batteries, BLDC motors, and controllers.

Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Team player with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,077.62 - ₹23,486.07 per month
