Apex Precision Mechatronix Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a young and dynamic **Back Office Coordinator - Import.**We have a PAN India presence for the sales & distribution of motion control components for CNC machines & robots.
**Job Location - Deonar - Govandi**
- Prepare Quotations (Proforma Invoice), Order, and Delivery in software & send the customer along with COA and specification.
- To communicate with Customer as per their requirements.
- Follow Up with customers, suppliers, and specific agencies.
- Order Execution for new orders till dispatch and payment.
- Maintained Master Database regarding customer details, pricing, and product details creation in the software.
- Follow-ups with the warehouse, shipment lines, CHA, and other agencies regarding shipment, and dispatch.
- Preparation of pre
- and post-shipment documents non-LC.
- Export and Import Documentation as well as other documentation like Preparation of BRC, GST & IGST Documents,
- Coordination with shipping company, freight forwarder, Making AWB with DHL, FedEx, etc.
- Handling CRM software,
- Create Report As per Requirement.
Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
