**Job Role - Sr.HR Recruitment Executive (**Talent Acquisition **)**
**Prerequisites**:
Qualifications & Experience Skill sets
- Graduate/ PostGraduate in HR -3+ years experience working in Human Resources function handling recruitments at all levels.
Technical
SoftSkills
- Multi-tasking(Time Management) skills-Good communication skills
- Good interviewing skills.
How will I be Successful (Critical Success Parameters)
Timely recruitment of new hires and hiring correct by having low attrition and value aligned hires.
Authority to take hiring decisions along with HR Manager.
What will I Do (Major Functions)
Responsible for making and updating JD's for all positions(Old/New)
Post open positions on various job portals, update internal job opening documents and rollout internally for references.
Sourcing niche profiles on job portals as per the requirement and screen as per the criteria.
**You fit the bill if you have;**
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Prior experience of hiring across geographies would be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to gauge an individual’s potential.
- Hold a high degree of self-motivation, integrity, tenacity, and professional ethics.
- Lead, motivate, and support staff and strategically work on hiring goals to increase productivity.
- Adopt a proactive approach towards complex tasks and overall delivery.
- Proficient in using excel, social media, job portal and professional networking sites.
**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
