Restaurant Operations Administrative Assistant

**Shift**: Night Shift (US Time Zone) **Location**: Remote **Salary**: Up to ₹30,000/month
**Role Summary**:
The Restaurant Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting the backend operations of multiple QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) outlets such as Subway and Baskin Robbins. This role involves managing POS systems, updating digital menus, coordinating with delivery platforms, and ensuring daily operational efficiency - all remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Workforce Management**:
- Prepare, maintain, and manage employee work schedules remotely to ensure optimal staffing across the restaurant.
- Coordinate with management on weekly labor planning and budgeting.
- **Cost Control and Reporting**:
- Accurately calculate and monitor food and labor costs, adhering to standard costing procedures and promptly reporting any deviations.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, following U.S. labor regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of attendance, working hours, and payroll reports.
- **Training and Access Management**:
- Manage employee access to training platforms such as University of Subway and Baskin-Robbins systems, including account creation and maintenance.
- **Communication and Team Coordination**:
- Operate and manage team communication apps like GroupMe to ensure smooth coordination among staff.
- Monitor and act upon franchise communications, ensuring critical updates are relayed to the relevant teams promptly.
- **Menu and Pricing Management**:
- Assist in menu and pricing updates through Menu Manager or similar systems.
- Conduct competitive pricing research to support effective pricing strategies.
- **Delivery Platform Coordination**:
- Manage third-party delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats), ensuring accurate menu listings, pricing updates, product availability, and a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- **Operational Support**:
- Utilize remote support tools like AnyDesk to assist store teams as needed.
- Support store-level evaluations for inspections and resizing tasks by coordinating all pre-inspection preparations, assisting during inspections, and ensuring timely follow-up on post-inspection actions as per report with relevant members.
- Perform online review monitoring to encourage positive customer feedback and address negative reviews constructively.
- **Monitoring and Compliance**:
- Monitor CCTV footage to assess employee productivity and adherence to operational standards.
- **Inventory and Ordering**:
- Support inventory management and ordering processes to ensure stock levels meet operational needs without overages or shortages.
- **Recruitment Support**:
- Assist in the hiring process and remuneration discussions as required to maintain a strong operational team.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline restaurant operations and enhance overall efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in the food
service or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of labour/ staff management and payroll processes.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with restaurant platforms like Menu Manager, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and
employee training portals.
- Experience using remote desktop tools such as AnyDesk.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. labour laws and hourly wage calculations (preferred).
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
