**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating B2B leads, following up with clients, writing proposals, managing account renewals, closing deals with global clients, estimating costs, managing partner relations, and maintaining an organized approach to all aspects of the sales process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate B2B leads and identify potential clients through research and outreach
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain relationships and provide customer support
- Write and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Manage the renewal process for existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Close deals with global clients by negotiating contracts and pricing
- Estimate costs for proposals and deals to ensure profitability
- Manage and maintain partner relationships to drive sales growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
- Experience in lead generation, client follow-up, proposal writing, accounts renewal, cost estimation, partner relationship management, and sales pipeline management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
