Job Title:
B2B Sales Executive / Manager

Location: Gurugram

**Experience**:
3-4 years in B2B Sales, preferably dealing with CSR, sustainability, or corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Membership Acquisition and Management
- Identify and engage corporates and NGOs as potential members of the National CSR Network.
- Present membership benefits and onboard organizations, fostering long-term collaborations.

2. Sponsorship and Partnership Development
- Secure sponsorships for Conferences / Workshops and other flagship initiatives.
- Build partnerships that align with the mission and vision of organization

3. Strategic Sales Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and membership targets.
- Conduct outreach through networking, cold calls, and participation in industry events.

4. Product and Solution Presentation
- Showcase NCN’s programs, resources, and tools to address CSR and sustainability needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations to senior decision-makers in HR, CSR, and sustainability domains.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).

Experience: 3-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in CSR, sustainability, or NGO sectors.

**Skills**:Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

Understanding of CSR trends and frameworks like BRSR and SROI is an advantage.
