**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train & upskill sales teams selling EdTech products in the B2C space (Online MBA, Certifications, etc.).
- Develop & execute sales training programs to enhance conversion rates & customer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, identify skill gaps & provide actionable feedback to improve productivity.
- Design training materials and methodologies to deliver effective sales training programs tailored to our EdTech products
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team members
- Collaborate with sales managers & HR to implement performance improvement plans.
- Conduct training across multiple locations—flexibility for frequent travel is a must.

**Required Skills & Qualification**:

- Experience in training B2C EdTech sales teams.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling for online courses & certifications.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of learning principles and training methodologies
- Experience of developing successful sales enablement materials
- Proven track record of pan-India training & coaching.
- Willingness to travel frequently to train teams across locations.
