We are in search of a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing engaging content across our social media platforms. Your innovative ideas and storytelling abilities will be critical in elevating our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop, curate, and create compelling content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Plan and implement a content calendar that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.

Craft visually appealing and well-written posts, stories, and updates that resonate with our community.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with marketing campaigns and strategies.

Monitor social media trends and stay updated on platform changes and algorithms.

Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.

Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.

Create and manage social media ad campaigns when required.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in a marketing or digital agency setting.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong design and multimedia skills; familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

Creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for trends.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
