**Social Media Content Creator**

GWD is where technology meets the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, and we’re extending our expertise to support NGOs in their social media marketing efforts. We aim to create impactful content that elevates the stories and missions of these NGOs through engaging social media content.

We are looking for a confident and creative Content Creator who is not only skilled behind the camera but also comfortable stepping in front of it. This role involves creating compelling street-style interviews, reels, and video content that resonates with online audiences.

**What You'll Do**
- Travel to various NGO locations and events as needed to capture live, spontaneous content.
- Conduct street interviews and on-the-spot content creation at various NGO events.
- Appear on camera for reels, interviews, and other engaging social media content.
- Collaborate with our videography, social media and design teams to ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Edit and produce short-form content (primarily for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts) that captures audience attention and encourages engagement.
- Help develop creative concepts and ideas for social media content, storyboarding, and scripting.
- Engage with NGO staff and beneficiaries on camera to direct them to authentic storytelling.

**What You'll Bring**
- 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or related fields, with a portfolio showcasing street interviews, reels, or on-camera work.
- Studying or completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Communications/Media studies/Journalism or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) and knowledge of current trends in social media video content.
- Confidence and charisma in front of the camera, with the ability to conduct spontaneous interviews and interact with a diverse range of people.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with audiences.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different environments, including on-the-go, outdoor shoots.
- Willingness to travel to different NGO sites as required.
- Experience with graphic design, or other multimedia skills is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
