Platform-Specific Content Writing Adapt tone and humor to match platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Moj, TikTok). Understand how to structure short videos to hook viewers within the first 3 seconds and maintain attention throughout. Write catchy video titles, captions, and hashtags to boost discoverability and engagement. Creative Brainstorming & Ideation Participate in creative meetings with content creators, digital marketing teams, and editors. Pitch new comedy video concepts, trends, and formats that align with the brand's voice or audience taste. Take feedback constructively and iterate on scripts to meet performance goals or campaign objectives. Digital Marketing Understanding (Optional but Preferred) Support the team by aligning content with broader marketing goals like engagement, reach, and conversions.
