**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns that align with Sitarah.in’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Design visuals, reels, and videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce content that drives traffic and sales.
- Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions and messages in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions) and suggest strategies to optimize content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in content creation tools like **Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator**, or video editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique content requirements.
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including videos, reels, and graphics.
- Excellent writing and communication skills to craft compelling captions and copy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics) is a plus.
