**What we’re looking for**:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and social media-obsessed content creator responsible for creating high-quality content for our 5 social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and
YouTube

The role of our social media content creator will be to build a loyal following by consistently producing high-quality content that is shareable and relatable. This can include creating photos, videos, graphics, and written content that is optimized for each social media platform.

You should be able to create content that is both visually appealing and engaging, and that aligns with our brand.

From crafting the perfect Instagram posts and reels to engaging with followers on Linkedin, you'll have the chance to make a real impact and see your work come to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Implement content creation strategies of marketing team.

2. Creation content for all of our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
LinkedIn and youtube that resonates with our audience.

3. Produce 5 high-quality visual content reels per week, 3 stories per day and 1 post per day for
Vaak Instagram and Founder Account.

4. Create 2 daily posts for Vaak’s LinkedIn account, and 2 posts for Founders account.

5. Assist in shooting of youtube long format and shorts for youtube, editing and scheduling them for daily posting.

6. Conduct 2 Lives on Instagram and Youtube once every week.

7. Provide timely and accurate responses to Comments and DMs on our socials.

8. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations on how we can improve our social media presence.

9. Attend events and other social media initiatives, relevant to Vaak and post strategically to stay relevant.

10. Track all hashtags and mentions to measure brand sentiment.

11. Showcase the company’s culture by documenting the latest in the company on social media.

12. Get collabs with other content creators to get higher reach and engagement.

**Great to have qualifications**:
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in the field of Social Media Marketing.

2. Bachelor’s degree program in Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field. (Batch of
23 or Graduate).

3. Experience with Instagram Reels, Influencer Marketing, and LinkedIn Marketing.

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

5. Expertise with SEO, social media writing, trends, hashtags, tools and analytics and an eye for detail.

6. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing.

**Bonus Points if You Posses / Desired Skills**:
1. Youtube Certification, Copywriting course credentials or Hubspot Content Certification (Good to have, not a Requirement)

2. Knowledge in Video Production industry (would be a plus, not a requirement)

3. A great social media presence of your own.
