Job Title: Paid Ads Expert
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Campaign Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop paid advertising strategies tailored to the goals and target audience of our IT consulting services.
- Participate in keyword research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
2. **Campaign Execution and Management**:
- Support the creation and management of paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Contribute to A/B testing efforts to optimize ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
- Monitor and assist in adjusting campaign budgets, bids, and targeting parameters for optimal performance.
**3. Analytics and Reporting**:
- Work with analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, assisting in the preparation of regular reports with actionable insights.
- Contribute to the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for success.
- Provide support in making data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
**4. Conversion Optimization**:
- Collaborate with the website and UX teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion.
- Assist in implementing strategies to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
**5. Stay up to date on Industry Trends**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Contribute ideas and insights to the team regarding new features and strategies to stay competitive.
**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum of one year of experience as a Paid Ads Specialist, preferably with exposure to the IT consulting or technology industry.
2. Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
3. Analytical skills with the ability to work with data and draw basic insights.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in paid advertising, with exposure to SEO
**Salary**: ₹8,901.16 - ₹20,000.00 per month
