**Customer Care Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Provide accurate information about products or services.

4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

5. Escalate complex issues to senior executives or relevant teams.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.

8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

9. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

10. Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong customer service skills.

4. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

5. Ability to work in a team environment.

6. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.

Location : Kalindi Kunj

Gender : Only Female

Office timing 9:30am to 6: 30pm

Monday to Saturday working days

Sunday fixed Off
