**The Responsibilities**:

- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Work with team to manage overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Working with Hiring Managers to identifying future hiring needs

**Additional Position Information**:

- Full Time position
- Onsite
- Location: HYDE/HYDW
- Core Hours: As per business requirement, core hours 8 hours per day/one hour break
- Core Days Worked: Monday - Friday

**The Desired Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, emphasis in HR preferred
- 3 years’ experience in End-End Recruitment working with BPO hiring
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- Working knowledge & experience on Job Portals/ & other social media
- Expertise in Job Posting/ Mass Mail/ Boolean Search
- Expertise in sourcing methodologies bulk hiring through Campus recruitments
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing (English required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
