**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and organized **Student Service Executive** to support our learners throughout their training journey — from onboarding to placement. You will be the primary point of contact for student needs, ensuring a smooth and impactful learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide students through enrollment, induction, and orientation.
- Track student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Handle student queries, feedback, and grievances with empathy.
- Maintain student records and daily MIS reports.
- Support training operations by coordinating schedules and assessments.
- Assist in job placement activities and maintain alumni engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Social Work, or Management preferred)
- 3-4 years’ experience in student support/customer service/youth programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Sheets
- Passion for youth development and training
