**Job Title: Student Counselor**

**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra, India

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Counselor to join our team at Yoga Studio in Pune. As a Student Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting our students on their yoga journey, providing guidance, encouragement, and personalized assistance to help them achieve their wellness goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist new students, providing information about our classes, programs, and membership options.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their needs, goals, and any challenges they may be facing.
- Provide personalized guidance and recommendations on class selection, yoga techniques, and wellness practices based on individual preferences and abilities.
- Offer support and encouragement to students, helping them overcome obstacles and stay motivated on their yoga journey.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events on topics related to health, wellness, and personal development.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, tracking attendance, feedback, and goals achieved.
- Collaborate with yoga instructors and other team members to ensure a positive and inclusive studio environment for all students.
- Stay informed about yoga trends, research, and best practices to enhance the quality of our services and support offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or training in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in counseling, coaching, or wellness advising, preferably in a yoga or wellness setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, with the ability to build rapport and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of yoga principles, techniques, and benefits, with a genuine passion for promoting health and wellness.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Pune local with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: ₹10,624.96 - ₹34,543.65 per month
