**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Salary**:
₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

VR Design Solutions, in association with 4Dimensions Infotech, is a growing CAD training institute specializing in upskilling engineering students from Mechanical, Civil, and IT backgrounds.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **motivated Student Counselor** to handle **career counseling, lead follow-up, and admission conversions** for our CAD training programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Counseling engineering students about CAD career opportunities.
- Cold calling and generating leads through various channels.
- Managing and updating the student database.
- Explaining course benefits and converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Coordinating with the marketing team for lead follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in **education counseling, telecalling, or business development**.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
