**Job Overview**:
YLAA is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **Student Counselor (Sales)** to engage with potential students interested in aviation training programs. The role requires strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** and the ability to effectively build relationships through **cold calling** and **in-person visits**. As a Student Counselor, you will be instrumental in guiding students through the enrollment process and representing YLAA in the best light to potential learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **cold calls** to prospective students, explaining the range of training programs available.
- **Build and nurture relationships** with potential students to ensure a positive experience during their decision-making process.
- **Follow up with leads** to answer questions, address concerns, and encourage enrollment in YLAA programs.
- **Visit students’ homes** as needed to offer personalized consultation and support in understanding available training options.
- **Collaborate** with the marketing team to develop customer outreach and engagement strategies.
- **Maintain accurate records** of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on customer insights that can improve service delivery.
- Travel within **Maharashtra** as necessary to meet with prospective students and promote academy offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **2-3 years** of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role, ideally in the education or training sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi**.
- Strong **interpersonal skills** with the ability to connect with a diverse range of students.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to **work independently.**:

- Willingness to **travel** for in-person consultations and promotional events.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite.**
