We are looking for a **proactive and dedicated Student Counselor** who excels in **building strong relationships** with students, parents, and faculty members. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential or existing customers as part of lead generation and customer follow-up.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess and qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining interest levels.

- **Customer Feedback**:Collect student and parent feedback to provide insights that help improve processes and enhance student experience.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- **1-2 years** of experience in **customer relationship management** or student counseling.
- Strong knowledge of **data management, data validation, and CRM tools**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** to build trust with students and stakeholders.
- Ability to **analyze data** and produce insightful reports for decision-making.
- Strong **organizational skills** and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and database management**.
- Ability to handle sensitive student information with discretion and professionalism.
