JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections and secure contract approval as well as other important paperwork.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Solidify contract renewals and extend the terms and scope of existing contracts.
- Maintain customer profile and key tracking information about the customer profile in CRM.
- Maintain internal communications between development team and sales when necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream, MBA OR BBA or Degree in communication can be an added advantage.
- Experience: Mini. 2 + Years in Sales and Marketing in Advertising and Branding Firm.
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (required)
