**Sales and Marketing Executive for a Healthcare Sector**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

This position requires strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, excellent communication and networking skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and successfully launch marketing campaigns.
- Design and implement marketing plans for company products to effectively reach target audiences.
- Address client queries about product specifications and uses, providing comprehensive and accurate information.
- Cultivate and maintain positive client relations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track sales data to monitor performance and ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Create and present sales performance reports to management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and adaptation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and expand market reach.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques and strategies.
- Passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and ideas.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
