**Sales Generation**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Execute marketing campaigns to promote Art Billing's products and services.
- Utilize various channels, including digital marketing and social media, to enhance brand visibility.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our products.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, detailing performance against targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data analysis.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in team meetings to share market insights and contribute to overall business strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
