PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
The following are principal duties of the Sales & Marketing Executive
A. Leadership and Management
1. Represent Company in a positive and professional manner
2. Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy partners, clients and achieve company goals
3. Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
4. Keep up to date on market trends and new products
5. Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company
6. Stay abreast of industry matters through third party resources and networks
B. Sales & Marketing
1. Sell Company services and reach revenue quotas for new clients and/or new channel service customers, (designated in quota compensation plan)
2. Collaborate with teammates and maintain a positive and professional attitude fostering teamwork.
3. Achieve quota for number of contacts/activity with prospective partners/customers
4. Develop, present and implement plans to your manager for acquiring new partners/customers and traction in your assigned area - including activity breakdowns, performance milestones, resource requirements and expense budget.
5. Business travel as appropriate, as approved by your manager to accomplish your assigned duties Daily Activities
6. Introductions of the company
7. Making a list of clients with requirement.
8. Filtering the real opportunity.
9. Closing the deal.
10 Online portals/New registrations of partners/customers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for ensuring that:
All of the duties of the Sales & Marketing Executive are completed as per the job descriptions
1. Sales quotas are met as assigned
2. Prepare and submit sales activity reports and sales forecasts as are requested required by your manager or Director of Sales
3. Maintain all prospective customer data in the company database or other as defined by your manager and Director and use the information contained therein as the sole resource for prospective customer and partner interactions
4. Business Development Plans are review and approved prior to implementation
5. Business Development Plan budgets are not exceeded
6. All business development opportunities falling outside the scope of work for this position are
communicated to the Director of Sales in a timely manner for passing to an appropriate teammate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
