Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for the company. This position involves a blend of sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify target markets, industries, and potential clients to focus sales efforts effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, and develop action plans to achieve them.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure deals.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and delivery of services.

3. Lead Generation and Conversion:

- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Qualify leads, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions to convert prospects into customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer data.

4. Marketing Initiatives:

- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase offerings and network with potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales and marketing efforts and maximize ROI.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
