- **Financial Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to meet the company's business objectives.
- Lead the company’s financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide regular financial performance reports to the board of directors, executives, and stakeholders.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead the finance department, including accountants, financial analysts, and other team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability and professional development within the finance team.
- **Capital Structure and Fundraising**:

- Manage the company’s capital structure and financing needs.
- Work with investors, bankers, and financial institutions to secure funding when necessary.
- **Mergers & Acquisitions**:

- Oversee financial due diligence and evaluation for potential mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
- **Business Partnering**:

- Act as a strategic partner to other departments, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the company.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
- Experience in managing a finance team and advising executive leadership.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, financial analysis, and accounting systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with multiple stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- **Certifications**:

- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certifications preferred but not mandatory.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, typically office-based, with occasional travel for business needs.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
