1. Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Managing Director and Board.

2. Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS) and internal controls.
  • Finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.

3. Fund Management & Banking

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements for projects.
  • Negotiate and maintain banking relationships for loans, overdrafts, and project financing.
  • Supervise fund utilization and cost optimization.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements — Income Tax, GST, ROC, PF, ESIC, etc.
  • Implement internal financial controls and conduct risk assessments.
  • Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities.

5. Strategic Leadership

  • Contribute to business expansion, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Evaluate project viability and financial implications for new ventures.
  • Guide the Accounts and Finance team for continuous improvement and capability building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
