Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in strengthening Moduco's financial strategy, enabling scalable growth, and ensuring robust financial governance. CFO will lead Moduco's financial planning, risk management, compliance, investor relations, and capital optimization efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong hands-on skills in finance, cash-flow management, budgeting, and fundraising—ideally with experience in construction, manufacturing, or large-scale project-based businesses. The CFO will guide Moduco into its next growth phase, including international expansion, increased production, and investment partnerships.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1. Financial Strategy & Planning:Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with Moduco's growth goals, including multi-country expansion.
• Build robust financial models for revenue forecasting, cost optimization, and project profitability.

• Manage and optimize working capital, cash flows, and capital allocation for manufacturing, project execution, and expansion.

• Budgeting & Financial Control

• Establish annual budgets, track variances, and implement strong financial discipline.

• Oversee cost tracking for production, logistics, procurement, and site installation.

• Implement and maintain financial policies, controls, and compliance frameworks.

• Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Lead fundraising efforts (equity, debt, institutional finance, strategic investments).

• Prepare investor decks, financial projections, and business valuations.

• Maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners.

• Accounting, Audits & Compliance

• Oversee accounting, audit processes, tax planning, and statutory compliance.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in MIS reporting, P&L statements, and balance sheets.

• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial consultants.

• Risk Management

• Identify financial risks across projects, production, supply chain, and operations.

• Develop mitigation strategies and implement internal controls.

• Monitor exposure to currency fluctuations, international contracts, and large procurement.

• Operational Finance

• Support procurement, production, and project departments with data-driven financial insights.

• Set up project-wise costing systems, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability tracking.

• Optimize payment cycles, vendor settlements, and contract terms.

• Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team with strong analytical and operational capabilities.

• Implement modern financial systems and ERP tools for automation and transparency.
• Create a culture of accountability, accuracy, and financial stewardship.

Qualifications:

1. CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced degree.

2. Proven experience in financial leadership roles.

3. Experience in construction, manufacturing, real estate, or project-based industries preferred.

4. Proven track record in fundraising, financial planning, and investor management.

5. Strong understanding of financial modeling, compliance, taxation, and risk management.

6. Experience working with multi-site operations, supply chains, and large project budgets.
