**Role: Regional Sales BA**
**Acquisition**:
Order acquisition include negotiation of terms and conditions with public as well as private customers and finalize the conditions in favor of Siemens Ltd.

Participation in the pre-bid discussion with Sales Team for tendering process and convince Govt. Customer for acceptance of Siemens’ deviation.

Evaluation offer stage terms and conditions and draft commercial terms and conditions for offer submission.

Checking conditions of EMD BG and discussion with client if required on terms of BG as per Siemens’ BG guideline.

Offline LOA for System / Product business.

Initiate Web
- LOA in system based on Value and arrange approval from legal.

Order Acceptance after checking all T & C and Siemens Policy

**Execution /Order handling**
Reconciliation of UOV in every quarter and report slow or nonmoving UOU for allocated customer

Arrange to submit Advance Bank guarantee as per customer/Siemens format and get the mobilization advance before start of manufacturing

Submit Performance Bank guarantee with accepted terms and conditions of Siemens Ltd before dispatch of materials or as per PO terms

Check Commercial clearance as PO conditions, like Payment terms, Special instructions, and send clearance to factory for dispatch

Submit dispatch documents and PBG on time to claim bill amount as per agreed credit period. Check LC & its documentation.

Collection of open ended and close ended BGs from client after expiring of guarantee period and ABGs, after dispatch

Building customer relations.

Close follow-up and collection of due amounts in time.

Review LD cases with execution on regular basis and initiate appropriate action

Adjustment of amount collected, TDS deducted,

**Cash forecasting**
Preparation of debtors report every month with line-item detail and give projection of cash receivable within month.

Close monitoring of the target given at the beginning of the month and actively follow up for collection as per due dates.

**Desirable**:
Knowledge of Siemens LOA process.

Understanding of LC & BG processes.

Good knowledge of new Order booking (Like governance rule, CF, Damex E etc.)

Very good understanding of Siemens internal guideline and commercial Terms & Conditions

Good written and Oral communication skill
Self-motivated Person.
