Business Administrator

We are looking for a Business & Accounts Administrator to manage our day-to-day workings and business. Business / Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of stock, invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should be street smart and should know advanced excel and Tally. Ultimately, you will ensure coordination and smooth functioning of business activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Reconcile financial statements
- Prepare, send and store invoices along with stock
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Submit tax forms in co-ordination with Auditors
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Business & Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally, and general workings
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- BSc/ Bcom/ BBA degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
