
Receptionist/administration

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage and order office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
- Maintain records and databases, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating calendars.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
**Office Management**:
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
