Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor analysis.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and product awareness.

Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Market Expansion: Identify potential new markets and assist in the expansion of business operations into those areas.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales and marketing data to monitor performance and effectiveness of campaigns and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

- MBA with a specialization in **Sales and Marketing** or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
