**Position**: Crusher Operator

**Location**: Saudi Arabia

**Salary: 2000-2500 SAR**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor crushing equipment, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, and other related machinery.
- Ensure that the crusher is running at full efficiency by making adjustments and resolving any issues that arise.
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify wear and tear and perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing screens and lubricating machinery.
- Adjust machine settings to meet specific production needs and output requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems as needed, with mínimal downtime.
- Record and report daily production, operational problems, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure adequate stock of parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with other operators and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve operational challenges.
- Clean and maintain the work area, ensuring it is free from hazards.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for material produced.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience operating crushing equipment, preferably in the mining, aggregate, or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the operation and maintenance of crushers, screens, and conveyors.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and machinery specifications.
- Familiarity with different types of crushers (e.g., jaw, cone, impact).

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
