Job Description:
As a Service Engineer at Metal & Mining Industry, you will be responsible for providing technical service and support for Loco Track Mounted Crushers and Screens across India. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle installation, commissioning, and servicing of Loco Track Mounted Crushers and Screens.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues efficiently.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and service teams.
- Prepare service reports and communicate feedback to the technical and product teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards during all field activities.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in servicing crushers, screens, or heavy construction/mining equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (Pan India role).
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
