Job Title:
Plant Relocation & Maintenance Engineer (Asphalt, Crushers, and Ready-Mix Plants)

Location:
Tabuk & Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the relocation, installation, operation, and maintenance of asphalt mixing plants, stone crushers, and concrete ready-mix plants. The engineer will ensure smooth commissioning, efficient plant operation, and preventive maintenance, while also handling plant control software and training technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the relocation and reinstallation of asphalt mixing plants, stone crushers, and concrete ready-mix plants.
  • Supervise erection, dismantling, and commissioning of plant equipment at new sites.
  • Perform routine inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to minimize plant downtime.
  • Operate and configure plant automation/software systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC-based control panels, batching software).
  • Guide and train technicians and operators on plant operation, safety procedures, and maintenance best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi safety standards, Aramco/NEOM/Red Sea project requirements, and quality protocols.
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for equipment installation, servicing, and spare parts procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience with asphalt mixing plants, stone crushers, and concrete batching/ready-mix plants.
  • Strong knowledge of
    plant control software, PLC, SCADA systems, and automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience in plant erection, dismantling, and commissioning.
  • Ability to lead technical teams, including technicians and operators.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic an advantage).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure/construction projects (Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, SEC, etc.).
  • Ability to travel and work between multiple project sites (Tabuk & Riyadh).
  • Strong leadership, planning, and coordination abilities.
