Your job as a retail sales executive is to drive sales at our various locations and motivate the supporting staff to make bump-ups in their interactions with customers.
The Farmers’ Store attracts a certain number of conscious and intelligent shoppers who may have some deeper than usual concerns or questions about our products.
**Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create orders from new and existing customer accounts
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Managing supporting staff in stores
**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong English communication skills

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Travel requirement:
- Travel
- Up to 20% travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Navi Mumbai - 400703, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
