**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Maintenance** : Maintain the data of settled claims.
- **Claim Settlement** : Settle CAMC claims by validating the supporting documents and perform audits for settled claims.
- **Vendor Claims** : Settle vendor claims by validating the supporting documents.
- **Communication Skills** : Exhibit good communication skills and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- **Query Resolution** : Communicate with dealers for query resolution.
- **Coordination** : Coordinate with the IT team.
- **MIS Preparation** : Prepare various MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- **Data Analysis** : Analyze settled claims to aid in business decision-making.
- **Administrative Support** : Answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages to ensure callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately.
- **Document Preparation** : Transcribe, type, format, and proofread a variety of materials (e.g., correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics, and spreadsheet software.
- **Meeting Coordination** : Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.
- **Schedule Management** : Manage the appointments and schedules of staff in the unit.
- **Office Equipment Use** : Use office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes, and printers.
- **General Administrative Tasks** : Perform other administrative tasks according to established guidelines and procedures to ensure these activities are completed accurately and on time. Activities may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies, or other inventory

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- **Licenses/Certifications** : This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
