Menu will be changed twice in a month While menu is planned for the patient’s seasonal availability of the vegetables with approval by HOD
- To ensure Mis en place done for the day
- Checking the quality of food preparing & testing and the temperature
- Make sure vegetable and other items are clean properly.
- Daily Indent Will be raised by Sr.Cook and it will be handover to stores department
- Every fifteen days kitchen thoroughly cleaning
- Maintaining Gas Bank with proper gas service
- In the absence of Sr.Cook, Asst.Cook take charge for the smooth Functioning.
- After preparing the food items, they should be tasted by Manager/Senior Cook.
- Ensuring good quality materials are used for patients' food production
- Cook/Asst Cook Reporting to duty supervisor
- Sr.Cook Reporting to Department HOD
