**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable **Customer Service Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly, professionally, and efficiently. You will play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to deliver excellent service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Suggest improvements to processes and services based on customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Languages known: English, Bengali, Hindi
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Freshers can also apply
