**Role**: Customer Support Executive (Blended Process - Voice & Chat)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries via chat, call, and messages
- Assist with product, order, and service-related concerns
- Maintain professionalism and accurate information sharing
- Ensure a positive customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**:

- Typing speed of **30 words per minute** with **90 percent accuracy**:

- Comfortable handling both voice and chat support
- Willing to work in **24x7 rotational shifts**:

- Ready to work **5 days a week** with **2 rotational week offs**:

- No planned leaves allowed for the **first 3 months**:

- Should not have appeared for any interview with this process in the last 3 months

**Shift Details**:

- Total duration**:10.3 hours/day** (including 45 min break)
- Actual working time**:9.45 hours/day**

**Salary**:

- ₹13,000 to ₹16,000 CTC per month (Fixed Salary - No Incentives)
- Salary starts from **Day 1 of joining**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,700.00 - ₹15,300.00 per month
